About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Lash Artist/Beauty Specialist to provide high-quality lash extension and lash lift services, recommend products, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality lash extension services
- Perform lash lifts and tints
- Recommend services and products based on client needs
- Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking
- Sell memberships and educate clients on benefits
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Perform service add-ons and additional beauty services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout
- Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards
- Support the team and contribute to a positive studio environment
Requirements
- Professional lash extension experience
- Lash lift & tint experience
- Strong understanding of lash safety, application, styling, and client consultation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to confidently recommend services, memberships, and retail products
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Experienced and confident in their craft
- Passionate about beauty and making clients feel their best
- Comfortable with both service and sales
- Motivated by commission and earning potential
- Reliable and professional
- Interested in building long-term client relationships
