About the Role
Inspired Education is seeking passionate and experienced Instrumental Music Specialists and Ensemble Conductors to join our music department. This role will help shape a flourishing music program while benefiting from the established practices and renowned excellence of Reddam House's performing arts program.
Responsibilities
- Teaching all instruments and conducting a range of ensembles.
- Providing individual lessons and ensemble direction.
- Inspiring students and enhancing their musical skills.
- Shaping a flourishing music program.
- Delivering high-quality education and artistic development.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in instrumental/vocal teaching and ensemble direction.
- Experience working with students of various age groups (both primary and high school).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and administrative abilities.
- A commitment to staying current with the latest developments in music teaching practices and pedagogy.
- High-level performance skills.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Classroom teaching qualifications are not required.
