About the Role
Healey Brothers Hyundai is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Service Team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers
- Schedule appointments
- Process customer payments
- Assist Service Advisors
- Closing Repair Orders
- Create Purchase Orders
- Repair Order Prewrites
- Submitting extended warranty claims
- Processing rental contracts
- Performing general administrative duties and handling other clerical duties for the Service Team
Requirements
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
