About the Role

Join the Inventory Management team to bring the company's financial strategy to life by managing its largest financial asset: the product. Drive success in product categories by creating financial roadmaps aligned with brand strategy and customer needs. Utilize qualitative and quantitative skills in a fashion retail environment, with a focus on forecasting, financial planning, innovation, and customer experience while exceeding financial targets. Strong analytical, storytelling, and collaborative skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by division and department.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy aligning future financial and product opportunities.
  • Create preseason sales, gross margin, and inventory plans by division and department to support product strategies.
  • Reconcile top-down to bottom-up division/department plans.
  • Recap and analyze actual sales results to plan and historical data, and forecast in-season sales and inventories weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Manage inventory from PO creation to Distribution Center arrival, including receipt reconciliation, purchase order tracking, and size/pack management.
  • Identify and resolve purchase order, receipt, and inventory flow discrepancies in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product availability.
  • Develop, collaborate, and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Visual, Production, Allocation, and Planning).
