About the Role
We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to engage with customers and contribute to a world-class experience across multiple business lines within our store locations. This role is crucial for fostering an inspirational, inclusive, and innovative culture where every team member feels a sense of belonging.
Responsibilities
- Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
- Encourage and participate in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and metrics.
- Assist with visual merchandising, setup, and merchandise stock counts.
- Handle cash register operations as a cashier at the point of sale.
Requirements
- Customer service skills with a focus on customer obsession and delivering a world-class experience.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with retail sales associates and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, and twist.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
- Ability to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
