Responsibilities

Advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users.
Advising on digital infrastructure, co-located generation, or large-scale energy procurement.
Managing internal and external client and counsel relationships.
Concisely and effectively communicating complex matters in oral and written form.
Delivering excellent client service.
Taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions.

Requirements

3 - 6+ years of significant law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, or related energy matters.
Experience with regulatory proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and appellate courts preferred but not required.
Proactive with strong business sense.
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and forward thinking.
Excellent business and legal problem-solving skills and judgment.
Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
