About the Role
As a Wireless Expert, you’ll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
- Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
- Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
- Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Wireless or tech experience a plus
- Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred
- Ability to Commute: Reliable Transportation

Salary/Compensations
- $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (avg.) But opportunity to make more!
