The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Key Holder to support store management in ensuring efficient store operations. Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the store.
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors for the sales team.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Achieve all sales and customer service targets.
  • Carry out essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
  • Open and close the store on a rota basis.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
  • Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others is desirable.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.

Salary/Compensations

  • The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18.98 to $31.63.
