About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in GCP Landing Zones to design, architect, and maintain secure, automated, and scalable Google Cloud infrastructure for AI, deep learning, and HPC workloads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust resource hierarchies, advanced network topologies, and automated security guardrails for large-scale GPU infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement GCP landing zones, including organization/folder/project structure, billing, labels, org policies, and security policies.
- Build automated infrastructure and platform modules for networking, compute, storage, databases, and IAM.
- Lead network and hybrid connectivity design, including Shared VPC, hub-and-spoke, Interconnect, VPN, Private Service Connect, DNS, and IPAM.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for low latency, high bandwidth, and data integrity.
- Write and maintain detailed technical documentation and runbooks.
- Contribute to strategic infrastructure planning and scaling initiatives.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GCP landing zone design, resource hierarchy, shared VPC, organization policies, IAM, and security controls.
- Successfully completed multiple GCP landing zone implementations.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Experience with GPU architectures such as Nvidia Blackwell & AMD Instinct.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking principles.
- Proficiency in programming, scripting, and automation.
- Advanced understanding of Linux and Unix operating systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
