About the Role
Canna Cabana is seeking dedicated and service-oriented sales associates for their Berlin-Mitte store. This role involves providing expert customer service, supporting sales, and maintaining store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, competent, and service-oriented customer consultation.
- Actively engage in sales and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Process cash register transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain merchandise, restock shelves, and present products attractively.
- Assist with inventory management and organization.
- Participate in sales promotions and product presentations.
- Ensure a clean, orderly, and inviting store environment.
- Adhere to internal procedures, quality standards, and safety/hygiene guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the team and store management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is ideal.
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor.
- High level of service orientation and enjoyment of customer interaction.
- Reliable, structured, and meticulous work ethic.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility.
- Basic numerical understanding.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Very good German language skills.
- English language skills are an advantage.
