About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Cook 2 to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Responsibilities
- Cooks breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
- Prepares food for Room Service, Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo.
- Knows all menus and food items in the hotel.
Requirements
- One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
- Food Handlers Certifications required.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
