About the Role
This role supports Debit Customer Experiences within Capital One's Retail Bank Product Space, focusing on creating a winning debit customer experience across the entire customer journey, from card activation to spend retention.

- Partnering closely with Design on UX/customer needs research
- Working closely with tech teams on well-managed delivery
- Demonstrating proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in People Management
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Experience coming out of Fintech or Big Tech Corporations
- 3 + years of experience in People Management
