About the Role
Become a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS, a leading fashion and lifestyle company, and contribute to creating excellent customer experiences by bringing collections from the runway to customers.
Responsibilities
- Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS through exceptional shopping experiences, exciting merchandise presentations, and operational strategies.
- Utilize effective communication skills for staff training, customer service, business development, and problem-solving.
- Achieve positive results in sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship building and exceptional service.
- Ensure execution of standard operating procedures and adherence to policies.
- Cultivate community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising.
- Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining staff.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action.
- Continuously evaluate and address performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure all Health & Safety conditions are fulfilled and empower staff to achieve high standards.
- Maintain accurate and well-recorded Health & Safety documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
- Ability to communicate with associates, guests, and management.
- Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
