About the Role
Wildwood Residential Program is seeking a caring and compassionate Residential Manager to support individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This role involves positive interaction, commitment, leadership, and flexibility to cover vacancies and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Step in and fill vacancies created by leaves of absence, vacation or vacant positions.
- Handle on-call responsibilities for emergencies.
- Work additional hours based on the needs of the residential program.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- 1 year of management experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- A valid NYS driver's license and acceptable driving record for agency insurance coverage.
- Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
- SCIP-R certification based on program need.
