About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce specialist to support and enhance our growing CRM environment. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, documenting and improving sales processes, and driving system configuration and cross-functional collaboration. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Salesforce CRM to ensure data integrity and streamline sales workflows.
- Partner with sales leadership to analyze bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and identify process improvements that cut inefficiencies and boost sales productivity.
- Utilize Salesforce automation tools to streamline workflows and shorten sales cycles.
- Train new sales representatives on the CRM during onboarding and maintain current sales process documentation.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, business development, the operations manager, and other stakeholders to align goals and support the sales organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience supporting sales processes.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to improve team performance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building dashboards for KPI tracking and sales analytics.
- Candidates will be required to take an Excel Assessment.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to sales and business operations.
- Clear, effective communication with sales, business development, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong working relationships that improve team performance and help the team reach sales targets.
