About the Role
The Senior Planning & Data Analyst role within the Strategic Planning and Performance (SPPU) directorate is responsible for reporting student management information. This involves providing internal audiences with data dashboards on City St. George's students and supporting a transition to a self-service model for student data.
Responsibilities
- Reporting of student management information.
- Providing management information on City St. George’s students for internal audiences.
- Designing and developing data dashboards.
- Supporting the transition away from ad hoc requests towards a self-service model for student data.
Requirements
- Experience of data analysis or business intelligence.
- Experience of delivering high-quality reports and dashboards that communicate clear insights to key stakeholders.
- Highly numerate with experience of analysing a range of different types of data (student/staff/financial).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proactive, contributes to department initiatives, adaptable and eager to learn.
