About the Role
The Regional Associate Director supports the growth and smooth operation of our PACE partnerships, working closely with senior leadership while managing day-to-day execution. This position is designed for leaders who want to grow into broader responsibilities while immediately driving operational consistency across the region.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with facility leadership (quarterly visits required)
- Oversee provider and assistant success and retention
- Manage scheduling, dispatch, and emergency coverage
- Coordinate with Shared Services and Recruiting on labs, DME, and staffing
- Own grievance follow-up, visit execution, and local compliance
- Own P&L and cost control initiatives for the region
Requirements
- 4+ years in multi-site operations or healthcare services
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset; experience with dashboard KPIs
- Mobile care, dental, or PACE/SNF background a strong plus
