About the Role
Prudent Engineering is seeking a CAD Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for transforming infrastructure with passion and kindness, providing quality, cost-effective engineering services to government and private clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform CAD drafting and design tasks.
- Support bridge, highway, and structural design projects.
- Assist with condition and safety inspections.
- Provide civil and site engineering support.
- Conduct construction inspection and administration.
- Perform survey and mapping tasks.
- Execute hydrographic services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CAD drafting/design experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- A positive attitude.
- Ability to legally work in the United States.
