Responsibilities

Support with strategic conception and accompany ESG integration in all business areas and portfolios.
Develop new approaches for efficiency improvement using automation tools, artificial intelligence, or through digitalization and cloud solutions.
Analyze market potential, develop strategies for new asset classes like Alternative Investments or Crypto Assets, and market strategies.
Contribute to the improvement of processes along the value chain and assist in the implementation of regulatory requirements.
Collaborate across functions and industries with other Deloitte teams to develop new, innovative market offerings, e.g., digital currencies.

Requirements

Excellent degree in economics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, physics, mathematics, or comparable.
CFA or similar certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with an asset or wealth manager, FinTech, or consulting firm.
Basic understanding of IT architectures / data structures in asset management.
Experience in leading (sub-)projects and/or technical topics in a line function, including initial leadership experience with teams, development, and coaching.
Good knowledge of different business models in asset management.
A feel for industry trends and challenges, e.g., ESG, regulation, margin pressure, consolidation.
High commitment, confident handling of MS Office, self-responsibility, and goal-oriented, agile working methods.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Ability to use AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and support clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
