About the Role
As a paralegal at Daniel Stark, you will embody core values, work closely with a team lead dedicated to your growth, and deeply understand and empathize with clients' stories and the impact of their injuries. You will serve as their guide and advocate as they navigate unfamiliar territory and reclaim control of their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
- Foster productive and friendly relationships with clients and attorneys.
- Manage a docket of 40-45 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorneys, and leadership.
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and demands under the supervision of a lawyer.
