About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Trase, you will define the vision for AI and ML-driven solutions, owning product strategy, roadmap creation, specification writing, evangelism, and delivery. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, UI/UX, marketing, sales, and presales to create products that delight customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop a robust strategy and vision for your areas based on a thorough analysis of customer needs and industry trends.
- Craft and validate a comprehensive near and long-term product roadmap with key customers and stakeholders.
- Partner with design teams to create user experiences and detailed specifications for your features.
- Collaborate with engineering to drive the execution and delivery of features and products.
- Mitigate risks and ensure dependencies are managed effectively.
- Test and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Share and promote our vision at conferences and with strategic customers and partners.
- Create compelling collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and documents to showcase value.
- Build strong relationships with customers to identify key use cases and product capabilities.
- Work with product marketing and sales leaders on go-to-market plans for new features and products.
- Stay ahead of the competition by becoming the expert on market trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry in either development or product management roles.
- Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical buyers to economic decision-makers.
- Experience with AI and Healthcare is a plus.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.

- $190,000-$220,000
