About the Role
Contribute to secure digital transformation in Cyber Consulting by providing holistic technical and strategic expertise to clients, covering secure business processes, innovative technologies, and training.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the conception, implementation, and optimization of GRC and security solutions based on ServiceNow, particularly in the IRM, SecOps, Policy & Compliance, and Risk Management modules.
- Support the analysis of existing processes, develop target states, and guide technical implementation in agile project teams.
- Contribute knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and governance to create sustainable security architectures.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to continuously develop ServiceNow offerings and explore new use cases.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and actively contribute to the advancement of their security strategy.
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies in (business) sciences, computer science, engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering, natural sciences, or law, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Cyber Security, GRC, or IT Transformation with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Practical experience in configuring ServiceNow modules in the GRC or Security Operations context.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, SOX) and their technical implementation.
- IT and process affinity.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Enthusiasm for challenging projects in an interdisciplinary team.
- High commitment, self-responsibility, and agile working methods.
- Strong ability to identify and critically evaluate AI potential and apply it to innovative solutions, well-founded recommendations, and measurable customer value.
