About the Role
Aquacare and Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is hiring exceptional new team members for a physical therapist position in Berlin, Maryland. This role offers a unique opportunity to treat patients one-on-one, with fewer than 11 patients per day and no productivity quota. The practice is a physical-therapist-owned independent group with 27+ years of experience and 12 clinics across Maryland and Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients, not just evaluate.
- Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.
- Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
- Document patient care using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
- Specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Compensations
- $82,000 to $100,000 base salary
- Up to $12,500 in bonuses ($5,000 at signing, $3,750 at year two, $3,750 at year three)
