Responsibilities
- Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients and protect them from insurance companies.

- Efficient Caseload Management: Proactively manage caseloads, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize strategic insights to drive business forward.
- Lead, Manage, and Accountability of Pod: Develop and implement strategies to foster productive relationships with the support team, aligning with company goals.
- Heart and Aggression: Be proactive, assertive, and relentless in achieving goals within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- State bar certification in Texas.
- 2-5 years of personal injury or related legal experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to adapt to structuring tasks and managing time.
- Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
