About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Mindful Care's continued growth by managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles. This individual partners closely with hiring managers and People leadership to deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience, ensuring alignment with operational needs, compliance standards, and best practices, particularly within healthcare and behavioral health environments. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving organizations and brings both structure and adaptability to the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Prepare and post job advertisements across appropriate job boards, professional networks, colleges, and referral channels
Source and engage candidates using applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media platforms, and other creative sourcing methods
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews using reliable and compliant selection tools
Assess candidates' qualifications, including relevant skills, experience, competencies, and cultural alignment
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain clear, timely communication
Partner with hiring managers to support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
Monitor recruiting metrics and apply industry best practices to continuously improve efficiency and outcomes
Support the Talent Acquisition Leader in establishing and maintaining standardized recruiting processes
Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws, internal policies, and healthcare compliance standards
Actively promote Mindful Care as an employer of choice and reinforce the organization's values throughout the recruiting process
Participate in and support employer branding efforts, including collaboration on social media initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience supporting in-house recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Prior experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical environments
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Process-oriented with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and organizational change
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
