About the Role

Amazon Freight is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead Product Marketing for its rapidly growing B2B offering across Europe. This role involves owning the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack and influencing functional teams to innovate customer recruitment and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall marketing technology ecosystem as a systems expert and technical owner, liaising with Tech teams and third-party providers.
  • Supervise a team of three, defining goals for email outbound communications, brand content, website updates, and marketing automation.
  • Oversee software developers and content managers to develop and manage website upgrades and enhancements.
  • Create a roadmap of lifecycle marketing programs to accelerate the customer funnel and self-serve across all stages, including lead qualification, customer onboarding, and reactivation.
  • Manage lead capturing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and lead conversion tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and 6sense.
  • Create, manage, and influence the MarTech product roadmap and strategy.
  • Develop tools and capabilities to enable full-funnel marketing attribution.
  • Manage marketing and candidate quality dashboards and spearhead lead generation machine learning tools.
  • Measure the effectiveness of user journeys and website features using A/B testing and web analytics.
  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements.
  • Document and lead training for marketing automation processes, multi-stage automated program development, lead scoring architecture and management, and trigger-based programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
