About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer II on the 3P AV Measurement team, you will design, implement, test, and deploy data-intensive analytical solutions that steer the future of advertising. Our solutions operate at massive scale, helping advertisers understand campaign performance across Amazon's advertising platforms. You will work with technologies like Amazon Clean Room, Spark (Scala), EMR, S3, and Elasticsearch, with opportunities to introduce new processes and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, testing, and deployment of data-intensive analytical solutions.
- Introduce new processes and technologies to improve existing systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 2+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
