About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer to lead branding and end-to-end UX across Marble's products. As one of the first employees, you will define the company's design language and execute on bringing ideas to market. This role is suited for individuals who excel in ambiguous environments, work with speed, and aim to establish a trusted brand in a significant market.
Responsibilities
- Define the design system and language for all Marble surfaces.
- Own end-to-end product design, from initial concepts to final execution.
- Collaborate with founders, engineering, and product teams to launch ideas.
- Shape the Marble brand to embody trust, intelligence, and reliability.
- Transform complex customer workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute significantly to Marble's overall product and business strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building and shipping B2B SaaS UX and design systems from inception.
- Experience designing AI experiences, particularly with LLMs and agents.
- Demonstrated ability as a deep design thinker with a bias for execution and attention to detail.
- Proven success in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, characterized by a low-ego and high-ownership approach.
- A relentless drive to solve problems and achieve measurable customer and business impact.
