About the Role

This position is responsible for managing financial analysis and valuation, and providing transaction execution and support for a specific geographic region of Pattern’s operating asset fleet.

Responsibilities

Manage development and maintenance of asset tracking and reporting tools, potentially overseeing analyst/associate resources.
Oversee operating asset financial reporting and compliance obligations.
Develop and deliver internal and external presentations on asset performance and optimization opportunities.
Help manage the cross-functional team responsible for strategic evaluation and decision-making for a portfolio of operating assets.
Lead or support aspects of financing and asset restructuring transactions, including due diligence, consultant coordination, internal team coordination, third-party relationships, and transaction documentation and negotiation.
Oversight of operating asset financial models.
Oversight of asset financial performance, reporting, and compliance.
Cross-functional team management and coordination.
Provide commercial leadership and financial support for transaction activities such as term conversion, project re-financings, asset optimizations, PPA renegotiation, re-powers, and tax equity buyouts.
Maintain external financing and partner relationships.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of relevant work experience, including asset valuation and modeling, and project management.
Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of relevant financial and structuring techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Ability to think strategically about markets and asset value optimization.
Experienced across a broad spectrum of corporate financial decision making.
