About the Role
This position leads financial analysis and valuation, providing transaction support for a specific geographic region of Pattern’s operating asset fleet. The role involves converting projects from development to operations models, developing tools for financial performance measurement, and contributing to a cross-functional team for strategic decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead conversion of projects from development and construction model template into operations model template.
- Lead development and maintenance of tools measuring operating asset financial potential and performance.
- Contribute as a key member to a cross-functional team supporting strategic evaluation and decision-making.
- Build and maintain operating asset financial models.
- Generate asset financial performance and reporting products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide transaction commercial and financial support for term conversion, re-financings, and asset optimizations.
- Maintain external financing and partner relationships.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years relevant work experience, including asset valuation and modelling.
- Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of relevant financial and mathematical modelling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to think strategically about markets and asset value optimization.
- Experienced across a broad spectrum of corporate financial decision making.
