About the Role
Responsible for picking, labeling, packaging, and checking key account orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Pick frames and cases from a pick ticket detailing quantity, style, size, color, and locations.
- Package and label key account orders, including removing frame cards, placing frames in cases, cases in bags, and affixing labels.
- Verify order accuracy against the pick ticket for style, size, color, and quantity.
- Check cases to ensure the correct ones were pulled for the order.
- Create and affix barcodes and labels as instructed.
- Request merchandise from the pallet area or shipments to maximize fill rate.
- Communicate work issues to the Assistant Supervisor.
- Perform all other assigned duties.
Requirements
- One to two years of general warehouse experience.
- Previous distribution center or shipping experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Able to operate a wave machine.
- Must be able to prioritize work.
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask.
- Must be able to work accurately and safely under pressure.
- Ability to lift boxes and packages up to 75lbs.
- Overtime and weekend hours may be required.
- For remote or hybrid roles, demonstrate high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
- Follow Information Security and Privacy Policies regarding sensitive personal information.
