About the Role
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for facility safety and spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Oversee security patrols, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to address safety and security concerns
- Assist in conducting investigations related to accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Manage on-site emergency responses, including fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards, while coordinating with appropriate teams
- Maintain communication as needed with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies on security-related matters
- Review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Prior supervisory or security manager experience
- Open/flexible availability as this role will cover days, evenings, and overnights including weekends and holidays
