About the Role
Benson's Pet Center is seeking dedicated leaders to join our management team, valuing honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you will work closely with the team to ensure top-notch service, inspire others, and make a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct team members
- Assist customers with excellent service
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising
- Support marketing and promotional efforts
- Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care
Requirements
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- At least one year of retail supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
