The Welder/Fabricator joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weld-able materials by applying appropriate welding techniques.

Welds in all positions with MIG and TIG (steel, stainless steel, and copper).
Arc welds any material commercially weld-able.
Works from blueprints and shop drawings.
Maintains current individual qualifications to applicable Retech workmanship standards.
Acts as an active team member in the manufacturing plant and assists other employees.
Performs other tasks as given by supervisor or manager.

Able to layout jobs with minimal supervision.
Able to drive forklifts.
Able to use overhead cranes.
Has knowledge of rigging.
The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, hear and talk.
The employee is frequently required to use hands.
The employee occasionally will be required to reach with hands or arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and talk or hear.
