About the Role
NEIS is looking for Loss Control Field Inspectors to join their team. This role involves conducting insurance loss control inspections on commercial or residential dwellings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
- Apply manual rules and company standards to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare a schedule to optimize time and meet service requirements.
- Correspond with insured parties via phone, email, and text to arrange appointments.
- Complete a physical loss control survey to identify current issues or hazards.
- Prepare required reports, including multiple pictures, after inspection.
- Communicate survey status through internal progress reports.
Requirements
- Competent use of digital camera, word processing, and email.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Must reside within a 30-mile radius of the assigned territory.
- Maintain automobile insurance with bodily injury limits of at least $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident, or $300,000 combined.
