About the Role
Shape the future of the financial industry in Assurance Financial Services Industries. You will be part of a highly qualified team supporting financial institutions in optimizing processes, minimizing risks, implementing regulatory requirements, and adhering to compliance standards to develop sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for the implementation and further development of regulatory requirements within the scope of new EU initiatives for harmonizing reporting.
- Support the introduction of IReF and BIRD at banks and develop innovative solutions for integration into existing reporting architectures.
- Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into technical and functional implementation concepts.
- Optimize data models and processes in the context of IReF and BIRD by acting as a liaison between the business department and IT.
- Coordinate between banks, supervisory authorities, and internal project teams, and contribute regulatory perspectives to strategic discussions.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on business or banking, or completed banking apprenticeship with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge in the field of reporting, either in regulatory reporting (e.g., FINREP or COREP) or statistical reporting (e.g., BISTA or AnaCredit), ideally with experience in one or more of these areas.
- Experience with regulatory initiatives such as IReF and BIRD and their impact on data households and reporting processes.
- Understanding of data modeling, data architectures, and interfaces between the business department and IT.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
