About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Controlling, you will advise clients strategically and operationally on the conception and solutions for their planning and reporting processes, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness, as well as modern reporting landscapes.

Responsibilities

Support the conception of planning, budgeting, forecasts, and planning processes, and accompany implementation with innovative tools.
Contribute to the introduction of group-wide management reporting and develop KPI and driver models, innovative steering models, and processes.
Accompany the cascading of performance management into all value-adding functions with your team.
Develop consulting approaches based on your expertise, work on publications, and advance the acquisition of clients and/or projects.
Take on work packages, sub-project, or management responsibility within the project team independently, depending on your experience.

Requirements

Very good degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or equivalent.
Internships or professional experience in the relevant field.
In-depth knowledge in controlling.
Enthusiasm for planning and reporting topics.
High motivation to implement own ideas and develop innovative concepts for clients.
Affinity for numbers.
Confident use of MS Office.
Desire for challenging projects.
High commitment and self-responsibility.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
Goal-oriented and agile way of working.
Strong ability to identify and critically evaluate AI potentials and use them for innovative solutions, sound recommendations, and measurable customer benefits.
