About the Role
Contribute to secure digital transformation in Cyber Consulting. Our global expert team supports clients with technical and strategic expertise in all aspects of cyber security, from designing secure business processes and using innovative technologies to conducting training and awareness campaigns. Responsibilities
- Act as project leader in all project phases, from acquisition through initial requirements analysis, conception, and subsequent implementation to go-live and successful operation.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert responsible for governance, architecture, and integration, realizing the client's IAM target state.
- Adapt IAM tools to client requirements and act as the central point of contact for governance, standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Continuously develop products and services in a market-oriented manner and open up new customer segments with your expertise.
- Foster the further development of teams through cooperative leadership and targeted coaching.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Information Security, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IAM.
- CISSP/CISM or comparable certifications are an advantage.
- Sound experience with functional requirements (regulatory requirements MaRisk, BAIT/VAIT) in the context of implementing relevant IAM solutions such as One Identity and SailPoint, as well as in their customization/configuration.
- Differentiated knowledge in IAM processes, from design to implementation, to roll them out according to customer requirements.
- Very good knowledge of various IT security standards (e.g., ISO27X, NIST), IAM requirements, and architectures.
- High commitment, enjoyment in leading international interdisciplinary teams, confident communication at all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to use AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and support clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
