About the Role
As an Intern / Working Student in HR Payroll, you will support clients in HR Payroll within Business Process Solutions. Our team provides advice on-site and remotely, covering technical, digital, process, and operational aspects. Join us to make a difference and secure our shared success.
Responsibilities
- Support experts in national and international mandates with the operational execution of payroll.
- Handle correspondence with social security institutions and authorities.
- Accompany payroll tax and social security audits.
- Answer questions regarding payroll, social security, and tax law.
- Contribute to HR reporting and personnel statistics in collaboration with the team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
- Interest in administrative processes within the HR department, with a focus on operational tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- High level of commitment and a conscientious, meticulous work ethic.
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
