About the Role
In this role, you will support organizations in strategically realigning their HR function and making it future-proof. Our team strengthens the role of HR through sound strategy and process consulting, deep technological understanding, and the targeted use of AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Payroll and Workforce Management solutions as part of HCM H4S4 transformations.
- Analyze customer requirements and advise leading companies on the implementation and transformation to future-proof HR software solutions.
- Participate in large system implementations in the SAP HCM area with experienced colleagues.
- Take on initial responsibility in project management for smaller projects within a strong team.
- Support proposal creation and presentation.
- Contribute to the development of future-oriented tools and internal capabilities to expand our consulting portfolio in Human Capital.
Requirements
- First professional experience in transformation projects in the SAP HCM on premise H4S4 area, ideally with a consulting firm or in-house consulting.
- First experience in customizing SAP HCM H4S4 with knowledge in the modules Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Knowledge in Self Service & ABAP programming is an advantage.
- Experience in project management as well as personnel and process knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, sound decision-making in complex situations, and presentation and moderation skills.
- Confident and responsible use of AI for creating high-quality analyses and customer solutions, as well as for critical validation of AI results.
