About the Role

The Client Success Associate plays a vital support role within the FinPath team, working closely alongside Client Success Managers and the Director of Operations to ensure seamless program delivery and an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, loves digging into data, and takes pride in making the people around them more effective. The CSA handles critical pre-launch, reporting, and operational tasks that allow CSMs to stay focused on client relationships — and over time, will grow toward direct client-facing involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client information, correspondence, and activity records in the CRM.
  • Support onboarding logistics, platform configuration checks, and on-time program launches.
  • Support client-specific educational events, coordinating with the Financial Coaching team to confirm presenter, topics, and other event logistics.
  • Coordinate client-facing materials and marketing requests with the Marketing team.
  • Prepare CSMs for client meetings by reviewing client data and surfacing key metrics and notable items in advance.
  • Participate in client meetings to build client context, and presenting data and report highlights as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with FinPath’s Data Analyst to fully prepared client reports for client and CSMs.
  • Aggregate and format client engagement data and pull relevant metrics for CSM review.
  • Support the Director of Operations with implementation activities, including deliverables, timelines, and internal readiness ahead of key milestones.
  • Monitor the client accounts for outstanding census files, benefits guide updates, and enrollment deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Account to track the client invoicing status and follow-up as appropriate with applicable parties.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to keep client deliverables on track.
  • Maintain accurate records of task status and deliverable progress within the CRM and project management systems.
  • Maintain clean file systems, ensuring all client deliverables are saved appropriately in the team systems.
  • Support CSMs on day-to-day client administration and operational questions.
