About the Role
Collaborate with our Technology Consulting team to help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals to serve the public better. We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base.
Responsibilities
- Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.
- Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.
- Tracks all proposal responses.
- Directs the production of final proposals.
- Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.
- Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within stringent deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred.
- Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.
- Must be located in central or eastern time zone.
- Must be available during set working hours.
- Must have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete work.
- Must be able to give full attention to the completion of job duties.
- Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc.
