Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Subchapter K rules.
- Identify and research common tax issues in client engagements.
- Identify key planning opportunities and develop tax strategies aligned with client needs.
- Assist in identifying and promoting new delivery capabilities and channels.
- Support the partner team in practice strategy, objectives, and budget planning.
- Mentor key talent through strong coaching skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the Financial Services industry supporting Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and Real Estate.
- Minimum of 3 years of U.S. tax consulting/compliance experience in public accounting, preferably with partnerships and other entity types.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising staff, including delegation, training, and development.
- CPA or equivalent credential preferred.
