About the Role

The Dining Tech & Systems Intern will work closely with the leadership team within Fisher Dining to develop practical skills and experience supporting technology and systems within a hospitality environment. This hands-on internship will provide experience with technology troubleshooting, menu programming, digital signage, service ticket coordination, system support, and the implementation of technology solutions across dining operations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot dining technology, software, and equipment issues.
Program and maintain digital menus and digital signage.
Assist with menu and system programming across dining platforms.
Coordinate, track, and follow up on technology service tickets.
Assist staff with basic technology support and system questions.
Test system updates and new technology implementations.
Assist with identifying and resolving technology issues that impact daily dining operations.
Communicate with vendors and support teams regarding technology issues and service requests.
Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date system information.
Provide operational support for dining technology and serving platforms.
Assist with technology-related projects, upgrades, and new system implementations.
Work with different areas of the operation, including Front of House, Back of House, Catering, Marketing, and Administration.

Requirements
