About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering payroll processes and procedures, providing high-quality customer service, managing inquiries from various stakeholders, and serving as an escalation point in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control vendor relationships for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Control payroll results from vendors, manage approvals, and process payments.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
- Adhere to and suggest improvements for payroll processes, procedures, and policies.
- Actively participate in scheduled transition projects.
- Act as a backup to other Payroll Specialists and the Payroll Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in processing international payrolls.
- Experience working within global payroll services and teams.
- Ability to complete work assignments within required time constraints and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to take responsibility for the team's work during the absence of the payroll manager.
