About the Role
This role involves preparing fresh, high-quality sushi rolls and assisting customers with special requests in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will learn traditional techniques from experienced sushi chefs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice
- Assist in making sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
