About the Role

The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) team is dedicated to positioning JPMorgan Chase as the leading data and AI-enabled financial services firm globally. This role supports strategy initiatives to address complex problems at the forefront of the industry, involving close collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage high-priority strategy projects focused on data and AI in financial services to enable business outcomes.
Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses on AI and data priorities.
Monitor and analyze industry trends to evaluate and refine the firmwide AI and data strategy.
Lead strategy project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment.
Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

5+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm or internal strategy group.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality strategy end-products.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability in leading strategy engagements and coaching team members.
Familiarity with AI and data, with the ability to discuss complex technical concepts with executives.
