About the Role
Yubico is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tools, Libraries, and Applications (TLA). This technical leadership role involves working with open-source libraries, SDKs, command-line tools, and graphical applications, focusing on authentication protocols like FIDO2/WebAuthn and cryptography.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for foundational tools, libraries, and applications.
- Partner across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Security teams to design high-impact capabilities.
- Meet with customers to understand market demand and outcomes for new products.
- Translate complex workflows and software requirements into clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Serve as the strategic unifier in cross-functional technical decisions, synthesizing competing priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights on product performance, trends, and pipeline.
- Manage the full product life-cycle from inception to end-of-life.
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with critical cryptographic infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressively broadening product management experience.
- Strong track record of shipping complex, enterprise-class hardware & manufacturing solutions.
- Proven experience in technical product management including development of large-scale internal tools.
- Proven ability to act as a constructive challenger to highly technical engineering partners.
- Strong business and technical acumen with the confidence to debate architectural tradeoffs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- $175,000—$210,000 USD
