CRJ seeks compassionate and dependable Community Corrections Workers (Program Monitors) to support individuals in our care. This entry-level, full-time position offers valuable training for career advancement and professional development.

Responsibilities

Perform general reception duties, including signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.
Conduct scheduled house rounds, perform nightly bed checks, and execute bag, pat, and room searches.
Monitor resident daily details and enter documentation in SecurManage.
Collect urine samples and administer alco-sensor tests, completing all required documentation.
Serve as a pro-social role model, supporting resident behavior change and addressing resident concerns.
Attend required training and staff meetings.
Undertake other job-related projects and activities as assigned.

Requirements

Must complete a pre-employment background check.
