About the Role
We are seeking a talented mid-level Product Designer to lead the design of our next-generation Service Management product. This role involves defining customer interactions with our AI agent, prototyping adaptive product features, and reshaping service management in the AI era. The ideal candidate designs and learns by building, utilizing AI coding tools for prototyping and customer testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of our next-generation Service Management product.
- Use AI coding tools to explore, refine, and share work.
- Build prototypes for direct customer testing.
- Define AI-driven experiences, including conversational flows and dynamic UIs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape product direction.
- Help define and grow our design system.
- Iterate quickly in a high-velocity startup environment, embracing ambiguity and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of product design experience working on professional tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and the use of AI coding tools.
- Fluency in and passion for understanding how products and design processes are changing in the AI era.
- A deep appreciation for giving and receiving design critique.
- Mastery of atomic design principles and component-based UI architectures.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
- Bonus: experience designing data visualizations and/or working with graph databases.
- Bonus: experience working in IT operations, ITSM, DevOps, or complex enterprise domains.
